Shipping, Refunds, and Packaging

I try to show all my products as true to life as I can, however, please check measurements before ordering. I try to reproduce colors as accurately as possible but there may be some alteration depending on your computer screen or the photography. Please contact me if you have any specific questions about an item and I'll be happy to help.

Shipping & Delivery

Once you have completed your purchase, your order will be dispatched from the studio within 1-3 working days.

Packages within the United States will be sent through USPS. You will be sent a tracking number via the email address you provided, as soon as your order has been dispatched. Shipping fees include package protection insurance.

If you would like a signature required for your delivery, please reach out via the Contact form after placing your order to ensure this gets added.

Customs, Duty, & VAT

Please note that all international orders may be subject to customs and duties fees, which are imposed by the destination country.

These fees are not included in my pottery prices or shipping charges, and they are the responsibility of the customer. Customs and duties fees vary by country and are based on the value of the order and the type of pottery being shipped.

I strongly advise customers to familiarize themselves with their country's customs and duties policies before placing an order. It is important to note that customs and duties fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

All sales are final, however if your pottery arrives damaged, please reach out via the Contact form and I’ll get it sorted!

Recycled Packaging

Winterberry Clay is plastic free! All our packaging is either 100% recyclable, biodegradable, or compostable. From our recycled business cards, 100% biodegradable packing paper and corrugated cardboard wrap, and corrugated shipping boxes, know that every effort was made to make the shipping process as least polluting as possible. Please reuse the packaging from your order or recycle/compost appropriately.
